After 11/16: Test redirects merged into 16.3 release

Summary

What we're after:
We need to make sure redirects are working and add any www or Wagtail ones that might be needed.

Completion criteria

• redirects merged from transition inventory 16.2 are working both proxy and www
• Any needed www or Wagtail redirects are added, and testing ticket for those created
• Spreadsheet is updated
• Files added to current take down ticket for front end.
