What we're after:
All meetings page, Open meetings search is not working as expected as reported by @dorothyyeager :

Follow up question on the Commission meetings search box. Is it designed so that if you input a term like "Oklahoma Republican Party" it would return any meetings with that term included on a meeting page? I am trying different terms in it and it just keeps returning all open meetings as my result.

Completion criteria

• Text searches in open meetings tab should return Open Meetings with searched keyword(s) in the title or text.
• Note: in rare instances, Imported html for meetings before May 2017 may have commented-out html that can cause a search result for a keywords that are hidden on the rendered page. Example: search 'hearing ' on open meeting tab and you get a result for March 16, 2016 that does not show the word 'hearing' in the body text (it is in commented html)
