@dorothyyeager I went in and edited the ticket. The press releases are for 2000. Sorry for the confusion.

@kathycarothers Just triple-checking that the URLs above are correct and should have 2000, not 2001 (because the releases were done in 2001 to cover 2000).

Also, we want to avoid redirecting to transition if we can. Hopefully the 2000 and 2001 releases are in the s3 bucket and we can fix the redirect. @patphongs hoping I can pair on this with you to check to see if we need to do more redirects than we realize for these two years. We may just be catching it on two press release but in reality, there may be more that aren't working.

We've discovered that it's not press releases that aren't redirecting properly, its various historical statistics pages, and the issue ranges along several years. We need to find a holistic solution to the statistical summaries and we can start with the work @JonellaCulmer is doing in #3816 .
