Meet to review content-oriented analytics and epics document during PI13 to prep for PI14

Summary

What we are after:
To make sure we are meeting user needs, and also discover any issues that the content team should follow up on and help guide our plans for PI 14, let's meet towards the end of the current PI to review the analytics for H4CC, Updates, and any initiatives from past PIs (for example, the presidential pages and disclaimer examples).

Action items

• Gather analytics on items in content sync doc, H4CC, Updates and past PIs and send ahead of meeting. This should include analytics for guidance search (incorporating Track analytics for guidance search (do after 5/28) #3744 into this ticket), Commissioner pages, OIG page and pages on transition. See comments
• Schedule meeting
• Synthesize results of meeting
• Prepare and review content epic document.

Completion criteria

• Meeting is held during sprint 13.12
• Results and outcomes are documented for team
• Follow up tickets entered for PI14 as needed
• Prepare document for PI 14

Have circulated analytics and our Content Epic doc to the team. I didn't focus on the items mentioned in the ticket above because those items are happening regardless of analytics due to their nature. Wanted to focus on what our users are using and looking for to see where we could make improvements.
