Summary

What we are after:
A corrected PDF needs to be uploaded to the statutes page. (It was missing one paragraph of law.) That page involves some hard-coding but can be done by content team if reviewed by front-end.

Completion criteria

  • Change out the thumbnail to file supplied by @jjonesfec (hard-coded)
  • Upload the PDF (Done 11/1/2019 by Info Division)
  • Update the file size of the PDF to 2.97 MB (hard-coded)
