Get stakeholder approval for first batch of new H4CC presidential pages

Summary

What we're after:
We're drafting new H4CC pages for presidential campaigns in several batches. The first batch contains various pages that will reside in current H4CC candidate buckets. These pages were drafted in 9.1, 9.2 and 9.3.

Completion criteria

• Prepare draft:

• Compile drafts into one document to send to OGC, Press Office, Info, RAD and Audit

• Ensure changes requested by content team are in document to be sent to OGC, Press Office, Info, RAD and Audit

• Ensure consistency in style across drafts

• Run document past George.

• Send the documents to stakeholders; specify a deadline for comments to be returned.

Draft is prepared although we need to see if there are any outstanding comments on the recordkeeping page to include. Next step is to give to George for a quick review and then send out to the various offices.

George has returned some comments. Will take a look and prepare the document for circulation.

As far as the recordkeeping and debts pages go, those relate so much to public funding, we've decided to take out of this batch and put with the public funding batch to be circulated at a later date.

We have sent the drafts on these pages to stakeholders in OGC, RAD, Press, Information and Audit, with a deadline for comment of August 30.

After comments are returned, the work of publishing these pages will pick up in #3038 .
