Make list of office pages to migrate over to About section.

What we're after
We want to access the office pages that are now on transition, but migrated over to fec.gov.

Background
We made the OIG page at https://www.fec.gov/office-inspector-general/. It can serve as a model for other office pages. We'd like to move over the other offices now. Alternatively, we could use the Commissioner pages as a model for these pages.

To do

• Make a list of the pages that need to be moved over. (Note: This task will be assigned to an Information Division specialist.)

-Choose format for the new pages
-Draft content for each page
-Review by each office
-Create the new pages
-Second pair of eyes
-Publish the new pages
-Add link to them to organization chart in #2877
-Put in redirects
-Take down old pages

We've asked @prstoetzer to make this inventory. Basically we are looking for a spreadsheet of every page linked off of the organization chart at https://transition.fec.gov/about/offices/offices.shtml and then any subpages linked off of those pages, including any special elements on those pages, like document lists, staff lists, images, etc. This will let us know what we're looking at in terms of design needs. @prstoetzer has completed his inventory (many thanks!). I've uploaded it into a google document here.

With our inventory in hand, we're ready to tackle the issues in 9.2 for this: #2877 and #2896 . Work on the office pages and organizational chart will continue in those and we're ready to close this ticket.
