While our development and work are open, our non-production servers shouldn't be indexed by search engines. Respecting the robots meta tags is technically optional, but we should still make sure we're using them as needed. (Fully present and blocking non-production, maybe partially blocking some production pages, if needed.)
Right now, I can't find a robots tag on any of our cms servers.
This will help with pushing search engines to www from classic and transition.
