Implementation: Create new pages for candidate joint fundraising in H4CC #2111
Comments
We are looking at an approach for joint fundraising that takes the lengthy and disjointed Guide language and splits into reporting pages and a "rules" page that will link to the reporting cards. Am working on a doc now for this. |
Reviewed pages made by @dorothyyeager. Created 2 new reporting examples from the Joint Fundraising Representative perspective to go into Dorothy's JF legal-stuff pages. Dorothy is creating a few example scenario pages. After that we'll get everything linked up and we'll be ready to publish this new section. We're in really good shape to get this over the finish line this sprint. |
The final page (and accompanying examples and scenarios) has been created and sent to the content team for a final look-over before publishing. |
The new joint fundraising pages and examples have been published at https://www.fec.gov/help-candidates-and-committees/making-disbursements/joint-fundraising-candidates-political-committees/ so we can close this issue. |
While reviewing the content I'd created for a new joint fundraising information page in H4CC, @llienfec had a good idea to try and move some of the content into reporting example pages. This will resolve some issues with the readability and length of the page and eventually could serve as a home for reporting examples as needed. It is going to take some editing thought and review from the content team, so am separating it into its own issue. I will start the work this sprint and anticipate this carrying into the next sprint.
