PAC & Party reporting examples: Round 2 images, edits, approvals

To help PACs and party committees understand how to report campaign finance transactions, we will draft and post reporting examples that will go with the nonconnected, SSF, and party sections within Help for Candidates and Committees.

#1754 covers language for the 2nd round of reporting examples. This issue covers involving outside groups to finish the example images, edit the examples for factual correctness, and getting approvals to post.

The drafts of the reporting examples are with the RAD team to review. Comments are due by 4/18 at the latest.

Sent the list of images needed to Jim, along with screenshots of the draft images in rough form. These won't be finalized until we get the feedback from the RAD team.

Jim gave me the rest of the images today. I uploaded the examples and the images. There are only 3 that need small edits, so I'm marking this as closed and will get those edits as a part of the publishing ticket #1865
