overview

This PR adds support for Postgres using knex as the adapter.

tasks

  • add model choice
  • add model choice dependencies
  • add model templates
  • add create db on fly
  • move create db to adapter.init()
  • provide way to define schema
  • test that it works

depends on feathersjs-ecosystem/feathers-knex#106
