Make baseurl relative path

Hi, thanks for making the fabricator ui toolkit. It is super handy in creating a living style guide.

I made a update to address the an issue related to using baseurl as relative path.

@litopia Recently I made an update to include an optional baseUrl property which you could use. I'll try to find the commit hash.
