ADJUST_BG.csv is the mappings of treatment to background ROIs.xlsx_-_Sheet1_1.csv is the input file
run analysis.py to generate values.
OUTPUT: mappings_by_xxxx.csv are the files that are sorted based on the xxxx value. -adjusted_lead is final lead per potassium value -xxx_no_background is the preliminary backgroundless values for use in the final calculation
