[dx] add instructions to import a standalone Faiss in python project #6

It is not obvious what's needed to get Faiss running in a Python project outside of this repo as the compilation artifacts create a lot of noise. We may want a better solution, but the intent is to make it easier for people unfamiliar with swig/python.
