We need one top level entry point to target two builds so we can't have the top level one be the entry point for the builds.

We need one top level entry point to target two builds so we can't have the top level one be the entry point for the build configs.
To do this I added "name" field so we can customize the build output's name a bit more freely.
The next step is actually merging the top level entry points.
