Bug: Broken Scheduling Profiler landing styles

Steps To Reproduce

1. Build the Scheduling Profiler.
2. Open responsive mode on the browser.
3. Observe the 'zoomed in' behavior.

The current behavior

The page currently isn't responsive on smaller viewports, has reduced card width than original, slightly misaligned image and overflows on desktop, adding a scrollbar to the page.

The latest PR #19665 seems to have introduced these issues (while fixing some of the old ones).

I'll be working on fixing this while also adding a how-to and a spinner to show visual feedback while loading a profile.
