• Previous phrasing emphasized a fixed 60fps target, which is outdated for modern devices offering 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rates.

• The updated guidance advises aiming for at least 60fps to ensure compatibility across both standard and high-refresh-rate displays.
• Optimizing for higher refresh rates (90Hz, 120Hz) will enhance the user experience by providing smoother animations and more responsive interfaces.
• This change ensures that developers can future-proof their apps for modern and upcoming devices, leading to better app performance across the board.

Closes issue #4062.

Additional improvements:
