Not needed anymore. I wrote this code previously because back then we don't have intersection observer to prefetch. This is manually calling the prefetch

Motivation
Enable frontmatter to specify description. If it's not defined, we'll take the first content of the markdown as description. This will then add
<meta description>
to head. Similar to how v1 behave. This is good for SEOAlso
