📚 Documentation

We do not mention that node_modules should be added to .gitignore when building a Docusaurus site. II think we auto add this on repos that do not have a .gitignore after running docusaurus-init, but we don't mention that it should be done as a general rule and some people already have a .gitignore that we do not touch on init.
