- Adds a proper default page. This could be configurable in the future. - Adds a home button to return to default page. - Adds a refresh button to reload the page. - Minor cleanup for consistency.

Implements a proper default/home page. This should be configurable eventually. Currently only points to the current home page "dingle.it".
Adds a refresh and home button to improve the browser navigation.
Minor cleanup for consistency between search, home, refresh.
