doc : Update CHEATSHEET with up to date examples regarding KubernetesClient (#5057)

Description

Fix #5057

• Replace old get() calls with item()
• Replace create(foo) calls with resource(foo).create()
• Update Watcher anonymous class methods to use WatcherException instead of KubernetesClientException in onClose
• Update updateImage() method to not use rolling() beforehand, it's not required anymore.
• Replace client.discovery().v1beta1().endpointSlices() example with client.discovery().v1().endpointSlices()
• Replace client.policy().podDisruptionBudget() example with client.policy().v1().podDisruptionBudget()
• Replace client.apiextensions().v1beta1().customResourceDefinitions() example with client.apiextensions().v1().customResourceDefinitions()
• Replace deprecated withRunConfig() call with withNewRunConfig()
• Replace deprecated list(limit, continue) call with list(ListOptions)
• Replace Custom Resource replaceStatus(cr) with updateStatus()
• Replace tektonClient.v1beta1().pipelineRuns() with tektonClient.v1().pipelineRuns()
• Remove duplicated create example of BuildConfig
