Describe the bug
I'm logged on as a creator and press publish on a study.
This will fail with the 'request verification message'.
When I use my admin account to verify my creator test account, which works, the publish button still shows request verification.
However, if the test creator does a logout and login, the new verified status is applied.

This is also works the other way around: if my verified status is retracted, I can still publish until my account is logged out.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. login as unverified creator
  2. login as admin in separate browser
  3. observe that creator can't publish fresh benchmark study
  4. verify creator as admin
  5. observe that creator still can't publish
  6. creator does logoff logon
  7. observe that creator can publish
  8. remove verification as admin
  9. observe that creator still can publish

Expected behavior
Privileges are set / retracted in real-time.
