First commit is docs and stuff, 100% configlet.
Second commit is adding tests.
In one case, we already had the test under a different name, and there is one case in
reverse-stringthatString.reversecannot handle (at least I couldn't make it work, might be an encoding issue), so I don't think we should hold the students to a higher standard than the language core libraries. Other than that, nothing special.
