We are having a problem where when we are analyzing FullScan + ddMS2 data in Maven, attempting to add a peak to the bookmark list will not work about 50% of the time. Instead, several dotted grey vertical lines appear in the peak window. The workaround for this is to just manually integrate the peak using Shift + click + drag, but this is not ideal and less reproducible.

@culprach Are you double-clicking on the peak group, or single-clicking? The dotted gray lines are showing you the MS2 scans that are associated with the peak group. Only double-clicking will add the peak group as a bookmark.
@culprach Okay, thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce your issue - is there any more information you can provide? i.e., which operating system you are using, other concerns? Feel free to email any relevant files or other information to maven2software [at] gmail
There should be a new release (2.10.21) coming out in the next few days, you could also try out the new release and see if the bug still exists in that version.
