Many issues, discussions, e-mails, DMs, etc. regarding common ethers errors end up being repeated advice that is fairly easy to diagnose and correct.

Adding URLs to each error that links to a detailed explanation of the error, common causes and solutions should help reduce contacts and improve understanding. :)

This has been added in v5.6.

Each link is a redirect, so it is easy to update in the future without breaking old versions.
