Description
Add a additional nonce for the task on Sepolia
017-Presigned-Pauseto make sure enough nonces are valid after we changed the owners of the FoS on Sepolia.As the action of the adding/removing owners will burn a nonce and we want to keep 5 nonce in advance ready for the PSPs We are force to presign 1 transaction more to ensure even after this action 5 nonce are still valid.
The task for adding/removing the owners is going to be done after the generation of the PSPs.
