  • Use holocene upgrade script to create task(s) for all Sepolia chains that we manage (OP, Base (?), MMZ)
    • For OP Seb has already done it, will upload output tasks.
    • For Base TBD, probably Seb will generate it too.
    • For other chains, can use tool, but with FPs disabled.
  • Possibly bundle all upgrade transactions into a single input.json bundle and task
  • Add validation Solitidy script (can copy another proxy upgrade script as a starting point, e.g. https://github.com/ethereum-optimism/superchain-ops/tree/main/tasks/sep-dev-0/006-holocene-sys-cfg is close, but without the manual MCP upgrade via the StorageSetter, only the last tx in the bundle)
  • Execute soon after Holocene activation on 11/26

See ethereum-optimism/superchain-ops#394 we need to re-do this upgrade.
