Localization in English

Actually if you need any help on this let me know. I already translated before I began using the program and I don’t think it would be that hard to implement localization at least for the iOS application. If you could localize in English, it’s more likely that you’d have more usage outside of Taiwan as well. Perhaps you could either add websites contributed by other Github members in other countries, or have the ability to change locals in the app, I don’t know if you just want to keep it more for usage in Taiwan or what you prefer it’s just a suggestion. I’ll take a look at the Readme again today and push a translation for you to review if that’s cool. Cheers ! :)

Localization in English is low priority because this project only support websites blocking in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, with language mainly in Traditional Chinese. If the goal is to reach more user in other countries, the first priority is to add top websites into block list for each target country. And the block list will be very big and unnecessary for most user; project structure might need to change separating block list for each country.

UI and README are OK to translation, however I support only Chinese by purpose for v1.0 and it works well. Maybe later I'll refactor and upgrade to 2.0 with more languages and countries support, but no plan right now.

Sure sounds good! I actually was referring to the “readme” file only anyways, as my experience doing anything related to code is non-existent haha. I’ll finish the read me file and push it to you so you can review when it’s done. Thanks for responding! :)
