sdk: testing branch update (v2.2.x), tidy up fw names in menus, add dates

Current approved default SDK (22y) is renamed to 22x-190703 and remains as default.

Current nonos-sdk espressif 2.2.x branch is imported under this name: 22x-191024.
It will be default after next release.
Changelog is included in sdk directory (reproduced below)
