- Noticed when doing non-trivial ETL's, the extract stage would complete & shutdown the pipeline and not given enough time for the load stage to complete all of its in-flight requests. - Changed the logging so not so spammy in above use case.
- Fix bug with `maxRealSeconds` - would only aggregate once. - Better usage docs. - Specific tests.
- Bumped patch version. - The optional kafka Dockerfile bit was broken - was old alpine recipe. - Only install python-dev if installing kafka library. - Support specifying version of optional deps in Dockerfile.
