- Add trigger for pull requests on main branch to build docs
- Include step to deploy PR preview for documentation changes

- Add configuration for the source directory and preview branch in the PR Preview step.
- Add condition to only deploy website when on main branch. - Modify PR preview deployment condition to check base ref of the pull request.
