Slides and training material using Reveal.js. Originally written for the CAMDU training sessions in October/2018 and as support for teaching the CH922 module (Microscopy and Imaging).
A set of slides and training material written in HTML/CSS with the Reveal.js framework. Heavily inspired by the original slides from Dave Mason, from the University of Liverpool Centre for Cell Imaging.
The Reveal.js framework is used under the terms of the MIT licence.
The slide content and images (see exception below) are provided under a CC-BY licence. You may reuse the contents for any purpose in any way you please as long as you attribute the source material.
One of the materials for training is a derivative of the Broad Bioimage Benchmark Collection BBBC008 which is licenced under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.
