primarycensored 1.0.0

This is the first major release of primarycensored and the first to be available from CRAN.

• Fix internal package misspelling of primary_lpdf.
• Move to "stable" lifecycle status.
• Added rhub checks to the Github Actions workflow.
• Added dependencies: "hard" to the R-CMD-check workflow to ensure checks pass without optional dependencies.
