FIx epinio/epinio#1473

This PR adds the support for the s390x architecture, updating Goreleaser-cross to the latest version: goreleaser/goreleaser-cross#15

It works on s390x.

  • I had to rerun the release-next pipeline by using s390x-support branch
  • then modified epinio-ui deployment to use ghcr.io/epinio/epinio-ui:latest-next
  • the pod in Ready and I could login via browser
