Although they're not actually "required" this updates these keys to later use if required
This exposes these "keys" to any application using the gem; further adjustments forthcoming
too much content is included in the log, needs refinement down the line
also removes merged unit-tests action as initial step in workflow
restores individual test and publish workflows, albeit with improved ruby-version detection in the test workflow
Metrics/ClassLength and Metrics/AbcSize
in favour of original formatting helper
as we're now passing in duration as milliseconds
as well as restores `path` to required keys list

This PR updates the gem to expose more logging fields to the consuming applications as well as adds ruby-version control to the unit-tests workflow
