The current placeholder value returns 0 results if you search for properties at that postcode. It's misleading to the user because we suggest it as a value in search but then the search returns empty. Initially I assumed the search was broken because I expected there to be results for a value suggested by the application. This isn't really a bug more a suggestion to improve UX
