It should be possible to set a cover image for a post. This can be used in:

  • social media postings (twitter player card etc) maybe fix Improve Player Card #130 while at it
  • in the podlove web player
  • in a podcast feed / for podcatchers

Only use blog cover_image as fallback for episode cover images, not the iTunes artwork.
