Some SAML Clients has data:image/png; large logo url (f.e. https://usegalaxyasean.org/shibboleth ). This value can not be saved in database because it extend database limit ( 4000 characters.)

From SAML federation SP with entity id ='https://aai.heal-link.gr/proxy/saml2/idp/metadata.php' has logo with more than 4000 characters
