entityID could be URI ( URL or URN)

@cgeorgilakis I suggest that we change the label and the tooltip for the IdP entityID in the IdP config UI as follows:

  • Label: "Entity ID" --> "Identity Provider Entity ID"
  • Tooltip: "SAML Identity Provider Entity ID(unique identifier)" --> "The Entity ID that will be used to uniquely identify this SAML Identity Provider"

These should be more consistent with the label & tooltip currently used for the Service Provider ID
