Installed latest version of Ente Auth on Ubuntu 24.10 w/ Gnome 47 via Flatpakref (Ubuntu Software Center) and the app icon is very distorted / pixelated. I know this is quite minor, but wanted to mention it. Thanks!

Something similar, not 100% sure if this is a separate issue. The icon shown in the top panel is messed up.

Version: v4.0.3-beta.5
Product: Ente Auth
Platform: Desktop Linux, installed as deb package. Ubuntu 20.04 with Gnome + Xmonad.
Edit: Also seen in Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04. But seems like Xmonad/Gnome3 related since it loads correctly for default Unity.

The whole violet thing is the Ente auth app's icon.

Not sure if #3737 has been pushed already and the problem is supposed to be fixed, but I encountered the same problem just now with release 4.1.0
