Add configurable gap between searcher input and searcher list.
Make shadows consistent between all UI elements and add all configurable parameters to theme.
The base algorithms for creating shadows are now in
src/rust/ensogl/lib/components/src/shadow.rsand all shadows are derived from there.Checklist
