Synchronize CB Breadcrumbs with documentation panel

As the breadcrumbs in CB are over documentation panel, it should reflect the state of it. Clicking crumbs should change documentation panel only (not the CB list as it is now).

The first PR should contain support for clicking on those documentation pages we have for a given entry. The next should contain the full support for documentation navigation by crumbs.
