Recently, I have worked on a new FPGA support for LiteX. This FPGA uses a Virtex7 with GTH Transceivers. Looking in the LiteX repositories (liteeth and liteiclink) I only see support for Ultrascales, Artix7, and Kintex7 (correct me if I'm wrong), so I added support for Virtex7 - 1000Base using GTH Transceivers to use Ethernet. I used Kintex7 as a base.
The support seems work well: litex-hub/litex-boards#604
