OVTF-109: Saves the songs from the provided JSON file. The file can include a single JSON object referring to the song, or a JSON array for songs could be provided, in both cases, provided song(s) are saved to the database.
Also createGenre and getAllGenres endpoint are created to see if import JSON endpoint successfully adds new Genres if needed.
