v2.5.0 Power to X

With this release, two new major features have been released:

• improved representation of Power to X technologies and sectors
• improved modelling of the balancing markets
• basic capability to analyze water-energy nexus
• new plots

Many more bug fixes and interface improvements are included. Many thanks to all contributors!
