As a first step towards #763, intent is to link packages to various distribution channels using PURLs.

The intent is for the repology syntax to be a shorthand that can fetch the page from repology and expand itself to a list of PURLs against various distributions.

Unsure of how this information will be presented so far (probably via the API)

I became aware of https://github.com/scanoss/purl2cpe which would probably be a way to provide CPEs based on PURLs.
