- Top, footer and column on refresh rerender
- Add copy action
- Improve moreMenu block, no children is no render just like add menu
- On copy save into session
- On copy regenerated ids
- On copy check 'clear on copy' on fields

- Add paste action (use copy item from session)
- Add menu more on root level

And just pass the copiedItem to the template
Which will result in an error, we should try and otherwise just use the value.
