In #460, the structure of the returned object by
buildBabelOptionswas changed in order to updatebroccoli-babel-transpilerto v8. However,buildBabelOptionsis a public method and these structural changes were causing issues under Embroider and might also cause issues forember-auto-importhere. Even though the next release is breaking, reverting these changes seems like the safer thing to do.
