just noticed i didnt change the readme to include the new changes to routes and features. |

updated readme slighty and made a routes json file with the routes in so it just loops that instead of having a static html file with all the routes for easier updating. |

I changed the shipping table and added a SPAI Buyback calculator + a custom buyback (percentage) calculator.
I also added some details on how to setup the contracts and links to spai shipping and spai buyback posts in the forums.
