* Add test that asserts an InvalidCSRFTokenError error is raised when the CSRF token payload is not a Base64 encoded string. * Add test that refutes Plug.CSRFProtection.valid_state_and_csrf_token?/2 returns a truthy value when given a CSRF token that is not Base64 encoded.
